In the world of business, advertisements is an absolute solution to promote a product. Usually, the actual presentation of the message in a medium is referred to as an advertisement, or “ad” or advert for short. People often shortened it as ‘ad’. An advertisement is the promotion of a product, brand or service to a viewership in order to attract interest, engagement and sales.

Commercial ads used to increased comsumption of our products through branding.

In 19th century, Thomas J. Barratt of London has been called “the father of modern advertising”. Thomas J. Barratt is famous for using targeted slogans, images and phrases in his advertisements. One of the famous lines is “Good morning. Have you used Pears’ soap?”
Since then, there are many advertisements that use Thomas J. Barratt way to improve its engagement. One of the common way to advertise something is on television, back then there was no internet, because of that people watch advertisements from television and gain interest on its product.

In 1990s, online advertising started to kicks in because of the growing of network community. There are many types of advertisements such as banner ads, native ads and video ads. Choosing the right format can be a make-or-break decision in advertising. This is the reason why before choosing type of the advertisements, we have to be aware of our circumstances.

This is an example of banner ads

Kokee kokkoo is a brand inspired from Japanese onomatopoeia from the sound of chicken crowing. Kokee kokkoo specialty is it’s extra skin savory rice, it has the same feeling as nasi uduk but obviously our extra skin savory rice is better. Our rice use special traditional spices, in result with fragrance and savory rice. When it comes to chicken skin, people tend to think that chicken skin has no benefits, but actually chicken skin contains a lot of omega 6, stabilize blood pressure and increase appetite. That is exactly why kokee kokkoo is a perfect brand for selling extra skin savory rice.

          History About Anime

          Authored by : Gabriella Wibisono I 25 Januari 2021

The word anime, a term derived from the English word animation. In 1917, anime was used for the first time as an advertisements in local television. Anime actually means all animated works, regardless of style or origin. However, people outside of Japan think that anime refers specifically to animation produced in Japan.

In 1960, Osamu Tezuka a manga artist and animator try to adapted Disney animation style with a simplified version to reduce cost and limit the frame counts. The first anime that caught people’s attention is Astro Boy. Since then, not just anime but comic books caught people’s attention too, that’s why there are are a lot of anime based on comic books. In 1990 till 2000, Sailor moon and the melancholy of haruhi suzumiya is a big hit and get attention from people around the world.

To produce an anime, there is an animation production process, involving storyboardingvoice actingcharacter design. These 3 factors are absolute to produce an anime. Unfortunately, there are a lot of great animators who feels uneasy to work as professionals because the salaries of these animators aren’t big enough and not worth their hard work.

Anime airing for the first time in local television in Indonesia since 1970. There are a lot of anime that is popular in Indonesia, which is doraemon, dragon ball, naruto and hamtaro. These anime got special places in Indonesian hearts. Since then, anime lovers in Indonesia keep increasing, unfortunately as time goes by, Indonesian local television shows little interest to broadcast anime, but this doesn’t put down anime lovers passion.

How effective is the COVID-19 vaccine in protecting us from infection

            Authored by : Aulia Maqfira I 20 Januari 2021

Are Vaccines a medicine? Here’s the explanation.

Vaccines are not medicine. Vaccines encourage the formation of specific immunity in COVID-19 to avoid contracting or possibly becoming seriously ill.

As long as a safe and effective vaccine has not been found, the safeguards we can do are 3M discipline: Wear masks properly, keep your distance and stay away from crowds, and wash your hands with running water and soap.
Does the pneumonia vaccine protect us from the COVID-19 virus?

Pneumonia vaccines, such as the pneumococcal vaccine and the Haemophilus influenza type B (Hib) vaccine, do not provide protection against the new coronavirus. This virus is so new and different that it requires its own vaccine.

What is the scheme for implementing the COVID-19 vaccine in Indonesia?

In the early stages, COVID-19 vaccination will be intended for the frontline at high risk, namely health workers and public service workers. Then gradually it will be expanded along with the availability of vaccines and permits, namely the recipients of BPJS contribution assistance, and other community groups.

Regarding more detailed phased vaccination planning, the government is currently preparing a road map or roadmap that will explain the overall mechanism for implementing COVID-19 vaccination.

How effective is the COVID-19 vaccine in protecting us from infection?

The impact of the COVID-19 vaccine on the pandemic will depend on several factors. These include factors such as vaccine effectiveness; how quickly they are approved, produced and delivered; and how many is the target number of people to be vaccinated.

The government is targeting that at least 60% of Indonesia’s population will gradually receive the COVID-19 vaccine in order to achieve herd immunity.

Will the COVID-19 vaccine also be available for children?

Currently, clinical trials of the COVID-19 vaccine are limited to 18-59 years of age, which is the age group most exposed to COVID-19. Vaccine development for children is still planned for several vaccine candidates.

In general, vaccines work by stimulating the formation of specific immunity against bacteria / viruses that cause certain diseases. So that if exposed, a person will be able to avoid infection or become seriously ill due to the disease.

Things like this develop in line with the stages of the vaccination program that is being carried out by the government. “It needs to be understood, that this news is a hoax or not true,” said Spokesperson for the Covid-19 Handling Task Force Prof. Wiku Adisasmito, giving a press statement on the development of the handling of Covid-19 at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta, Tuesday (5/1/2020).
